This project will mainly use the existing old factory to carry out transformation, development and new construction, and give full play to the regional advantages in convenient traffic, mature supporting facilities and close connection with downtown area, etc. Shanghai Gongfu Park actively develops service outsourcing industry, focuses on the introduction of ITO, BPO, KPO services outsourcing enterprises, currently, it is the first Industry Park featured by services outsourcing in Baoshan District.
As Phase-I of the project, the original 18,000㎡ Yalian Repair Factory has been completed and put into operation since September 2008, and such famous service outsourcing enterprises as Whole World International, Hancock Software, Renderfarm, etc. have been introduced. As Phase-II of the project, the 17,000㎡ R&D building of Red Stone (Shanghai) Computer Co., Ltd. has been constructed in August 2011. Phase-III of the project covers 13,320㎡ with a construction area of 13,500㎡, whose construction is to be completed in the second half of 2014.
